•BOOKINGS: They will be confirmed inmediately
by IDEAL TOURS through our web BENIDORM-HOLIDAYS.COM, after receiving
your fax, call phone, or e-mail.
•HOTELS PRICES: All the prices
quoted in this website are per person and day, V.A.T. included, for
a minimum stay of 7 nights, in double room. For short stays or for
other kind of rooms, consult prices. Services like gymnasium, sauna,
tennis court, rent of safe-deposit box, parking, are not included
in the price, and are usually optional through direct payment, unless
opposite indication.
•HOTELS CONDITIONS:
The arrivals to the hotels will have to take place from the 12:00
pm, and the clients will have to leave their rooms before the 12:00
hrs.
•CHILDREN REDUCTION: Are only valid for children
from 2 to 12 years sharing the room with 2 adults, unless opposite
indication.
•GROUPS: Special prices
for groups according to budget, dates, duration, number of people,
category, etc. Please consult Us!
•PAYMENTS:
It is necessary to pay a deposit in advance, to keep the booking confirmed.
There are several ways to make the payments: through bank transfer
(we have bank account in London), through credit card, through Wester
Union money transfer (we are agents), postal money order, and some
other ways more.
•CANCELLATIONS: For
cancellations between 15 and 10 days before clients' arrival to the
lodging, the cancellation charges will be 5% of the total amount,
between 14 and 10 days (10%), between 9 and 3 days (15%), for 48 hours
before the clients' arrivals of the clients (25%), and if the cancellation
is produced on less of 48 hours before or no show (100% of cancellation
fees).
•CLAIMS: The irregularities
or deficiencies that the client may find in the contracted establishments,
will have to be put in knowledge of BENIDORM-HOLIDAYS.COM within the
48 following hours to the arrival of the clients. BENIDORM-HOLIDAYS.COM
will decline all responsibility by the claims after the clients left
the lodging in which they have lodged.
•ACCEPTANCE
OF THESE CONDITIONS: The fact to reserve through BENIDORM-HOLIDAYS.COM
in any of the included lodgings implies the acceptance of these general
conditions.
