The apartments are situated on the Costa Calida, next to the Mediterranean Sea, in the district of San Javier. It is just 1.5 km to the Mar Menor and the beach. 2 km away guests will find a shopping centre with a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. This recently built apartment resort comprises apartments, semi-detached residencies and villas. On-site there is an office which is open until 7 pm (from which keys can be collected), a bar/café with a restaurant offering international cuisine, and a shop specialising in golfing equipment, where guests can also rent everything they need for a round of golf. The resort also offers a car park with controlled access and 24-hour video surveillance.
• The apartments and semi-detached accommodation come with 2 to 3 bedrooms for 4 or 6 persons. Two full bathrooms, as well as a separate kitchen equipped with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and cooking utensils also feature. They also come with a living and dining room, plasma television offering satellite channels, automatic safe, air conditioning and heating. All the apartments offer one bedroom with a double bed, while the other rooms have 2 single beds. A terrace with outdoor furniture also features as standard.
• In the resort guests will find 10 swimming pools, a landscaped garden area and a playground for kids. There is an 18-hole, 72-par golf course in the locality, which was designed by Dave Thomas.
• Keys are to be collected and dropped off at the rentals and services office in the resort. Collections after 7 pm must be arranged in advance. |
